Beginning her career as an advertising copywriter, Jean has more than 25 years of executive experience in marketing communications, new media, advertising, public relations and brand strategy.

Prior to joining Dalmath Associates in 1996, she served for 11 years at The Genesee Hospital in Rochester, NY, where she was Vice President. She was responsible for marketing, communications, numerous operational departments, and brand management. She also developed and implemented communication strategy for multiple reorganizations, quality improvement, reengineering, management restructuring and the health system merger of RGH and GRHS. She was an integral part of the planning team that established the ViaHealth System and the ViaHealth Plan.

Prior to her work at Genesee, Jean was Director of Communications for Sarah Coventry, the world's largest jewelry company. She headed the company's national advertising, public relations and publications including product line releases, direct sales communication strategy, national sales conference presentations, press conferences and sponsorship events including the Sarah Coventry LPGA Tournament, and the Miss USA and Miss Universe pageants.

She holds a BA from the University of Missouri - Columbia.

Jean's interests outside of work include reading, gardening, travel, cycling, tennis and music. An accomplished pianist and violinist, she studied at the renowned Eastman School of Music preparatory department, performed in numerous recitals, and served as concertmaster of the Rochester Interhigh Orchestra and Assistant Concertmaster of the Rochester Philharmonic Youth Orchestra.
